Welcome to the Coomoora Construction Update for June 2024!  Below you’ll find information about progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

Great progress continues to be made by Creation Homes on townhome construction, which is reflected in the below update on the status of works on all townhomes:

Lots 17 - 29

  • Paving is complete.
  • Fit-off is nearing completion.
  • Landscaping to continue through July.

Lots 30 - 34

  • Paving is complete.
  • Fit-off is nearing completion.
  • Landscaping to continue through July.

Lots 35 - 49

  • Painting, tiling and fit-off are nearing completion.
  • Flooring to continue through July.
  • Paving and landscaping to follow.

Lots 50 – 63

  • Fit-off is complete.
  • Flooring is nearing completion.
  • Paving and landscaping to continue through July.

Please note, as townhomes are currently under construction, access to lots during this time is not permitted due to safety reasons.

Welcome to the Coomoora Construction Update for May 2024!  Below you’ll find information about progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

Creation Homes is continuing to make great progress on townhome construction, which is reflected in the latest video.

Below is an update on the status of works on all townhomes:

Lots 17 - 29

  • Flooring is complete.
  • Fit-off is nearing completion.
  • Landscaping to continue through June.

  • Painting and flooring are complete.
  • Fit-off is nearing completion.
  • Landscaping to continue through June.

  • Insulation and plaster installation are complete.
  • Painting, tiling, fit-off and flooring to continue through June.

  • Painting, waterproofing, and tiling are complete.

Welcome to the Coomoora Construction Update for March 2024.  Below you’ll find information about progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

Great progress continues to be made by Creation Homes on the construction of townhomes.

As briefly discussed recently with RPM Real Estate, the projects sales agent, the accelerated progress being made on site has led to the estimated timeframes for both construction completion and settlement being updated.

These revised timeframes, which are now available on the Coomoora Connect portal, are briefly outlined below for your reference:

Below is an update on the status of construction progress on all Coomoora townhomes:

  • Waterproofing, tiling, and fit-off are nearing completion.
  • Flooring and caulking to continue through April.
  • Landscaping to follow.

Lots 30 - 34 

  • Joinery complete.
  • Insulation, plaster installation, fix carpentry and painting are nearing completion.
  • Waterproofing and tiling to continue through April.

Lots 35 - 49  

  • Insulation, plaster installation, joinery and fix carpentry are nearing completion.
  • Painting, waterproofing, tiling and fit-off to continue through April.
  • Flooring to follow.

Lots 50 - 63 

  • Painting, waterproofing and tiling are nearing completion.
  • Fit-Off to continue through April.
  • Flooring to follow.

  • Joinery and fix carpentry (internal doors and mouldings) to follow.

  • Cladding works are complete.
  • Insulation/plaster installation nearing completion.
  • Joinery and fix carpentry to continue through March.

Lots 50 - 63

  • Joinery and fix carpentry are complete.
  • Painting, waterproofing and tiling to continue through March.
  • Fit-Off of plumbing and electrical fixtures to follow.

Provision of water and gas pipeline connections to each lot. Estimated timeframe 3-4 weeks.
sub-grade
Developing a firm material base underneath roads and footpaths. Construction of kerbs and drains to enable channels from stormwater to travel to underground drainage system.

Electrical cabling and NBN to enable internet connection for each lot.

Footpaths, asphalt, topsoiling and road completion.

Planting of street trees for nature strips and trees in common areas as appropriate and landscaping in and around properties.
practical
completion
All building work is either complete or close to completion, in accordance with the contract/agreement with the relevant authorities. Property is reasonably fit for occupation.
final inspection
Final visit by building inspectors to ensure all fittings, fixtures are complete, in good condition and built to the standard and specification as indicated in relevant contracts/agreement. Certificate of occupancy is issued.
handover
All works are finalised and ready to hand over to purchaser to move in.
