Welcome to the Coomoora Construction Update for September 2024!  Below you’ll find information about progress of your home and key next steps in construction.

The latest construction update video highlights the current progress of your home.

Our team is continuing to work with Creation Homes ahead of construction completion and settlement of your home.  As we are closer to completion, we have been able to revise the settlement timeframes for your home to align with the works being completed on site.

UPDATE - 16 August 2024

We are delighted to advise that your Coomoora home is now ready for bank valuation inspections.  

Valuation inspections can be undertaken by your bank-nominated valuer from Monday 19 August 2024 on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9am and 5pm.

The valuer or their representative must contact Al Bogdani (Sales Consultant) on 0409 632 895 or email al@rpmgrp.com.au and cc coomoora@development.vic.gov.au to book an appointment before they can conduct a valuation inspection.  

Alternatively, RPM can contact the valuer should you provide their details.

Please note that appointments are mandatory for the valuation inspections as this process will ensure that the builder can facilitate appropriate access to the construction site.

These inspections are restricted to the bank's valuer. You will be notified at a later date when homes will be ready for your pre-settlement inspections.

If at the time of your contract signing you had not nominated a conveyancer, please ensure you email these details as a matter of urgency.

UPDATES TO COOMOORA CONNECT PORTAL

Development Victoria is committed to assisting their purchasers with a clear communication in the milestones that will occur in the upcoming months to your handover.

As the first step, we have completed some updates made to the Coomoora Connect portal.  This includes changes to the last milestones displayed on the “Home Construction Progress” bar chart.

As a separate feature of the updated Coomoora Connect portal, we have introduced the “Settlement and Handover Process” bar chart, which indicates the key milestones as part of your upcoming settlement and handover journey.

The new “Settlement and Handover Process” bar chart can be found on your respective lot group page and is displayed below. Please hover over the milestones for more details.

We will also be adding key information about your home to the “Key Documents” section on the Coomoora Connect portal. The first of these is the Development Plan for your information and a more detailed explanation of the Settlement and Handover Process. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing answers to some Frequently Asked Questions, so please keep an eye out.

Great progress continues to be made by Creation Homes on the construction of townhomes.

As briefly discussed recently with RPM Real Estate, the projects sales agent, the accelerated progress being made on site has led to the estimated timeframes for both construction completion and settlement being updated.

These revised timeframes, which are now available on the Coomoora Connect portal, are briefly outlined below for your reference:
